Type 2 Diabetes Low Coverage Sequencing and High Density SNP Genotyping

This is a GO grant collaboration with David Altshuler at Broad Institute and Mark McCarthy at Oxford to do 4 x coverage whole genome sequencing for a total of 3000 individuals (cases + controls) for a study of Type 2 diabetes.

Most sequencing will be done at Broad Institute with data analysis at all three sites.
