Genome-Wide Array[edit]

All available and consenting participants were genotyped on the Illumina 660W-Quad, resulting in ~530,000 markers and ~8500 samples from ~2500 families after QC filters were applied.

Exome array[edit]

All samples genotyped on the Illumina 660W-Quad were also genotyped on the Illumina Infinium HumanExome BeadChip array.
